About Fuzzman
The Fuzzman is a new type of octave fuzz pedal. This pedal was created to be used in combination with other overdrive pedals, distortion pedals and fuzz pedals.
Generally, fuzz pedals are placed at the front of the pedalboard. However, Fuzzman does not. This pedal can be controlled DRY and WET with the pedals in front of it by moving the BLEND. So the best position for this pedal is just behind the distortion section.

Improvements and Enhancements
The Fuzzman(2nd) is an improved and enhanced version of the Fuzzman(1st), which was released in 2024. As the designer, I’ve been using the Fuzzman(1st) on my own pedalboard for two years. I’ve incorporated the ideas I gained during that time into the Fuzzman(2nd). The Fuzzman(1st) had a low maximum gain, which made it somewhat difficult to use on its own. However, by increasing the maximum gain in the Fuzzman (2nd), it can now be used not only in combination with other pedals but also on its own.

In addition to my own ideas, I drew inspiration from other products and incorporated those ideas as well. One example is Prescription Electronics’ “COB.” Although the COB is no longer in production and is a rare pedal that’s hardly ever seen on the market, it’s an octave fuzz pedal that continues to be loved by many renowned guitarists, both in the studio and during live performances. When comparing the 2024 Fuzzman(1st) to the COB, I found that while the Fuzzman(1st) has sharp, chainsaw-like high frequencies, the COB has slightly more subdued highs and a more pronounced low-end presence. Inspired by these characteristics, I enhanced the low-end output in the Fuzzman(2nd). Additionally, a new tone knob has been added so you can adjust the tone to match the drive pedals placed before the Fuzzman.

Please Note
This product features a metallic design inspired by factories and warehouses. The casing has been intentionally left unpainted. As a result, almost all products will show some minor scratches or stains. However, by omitting paint and surface treatments, we are able to offer this product to you at a lower price.
